This versatile Arts District studio has lots of personality. The main gallery floor features large white pillars contrasting against black ceilings and angled walls creating juxtaposed spaces. An enclosed private back alley showcases colorful graffiti, and the rooftop has a view of DTLA’s skyline. This 30,000 sq. ft. building has two standard loading docks and a gated 25 space parking lot across the road. The second floor has a variety of artists spaces including rooms with glass walls and separate rooms with acoustic panels.
